A natural BIRDHOUSE Gourds, the perfect house for our feathered friends who built a nest. Each birdhouse gourd starts with a natural gourd that was hand picked, dried, painted, dyed, carved out floral relieved & varnished to resist weather conditions. After a few seasons for our feathered friends, I will decompose naturally and return to Mother Earth. The tradition and techniques of carved gourds is an artistic expression that dates back over 3,000 years and carried down from generation to generation.
